Data Deletion Instructions

Option 1: Ask us by email

• Email wangzhou@qingjiansoft.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
• Tell us which accounts the request covers: the YouTube channel, Facebook Page, Instagram username or TikTok username, and the phone number or email of your Qiaowu account if you have one.
• We may ask you to confirm the request from the connected account or your Qiaowu account, so that nobody else can delete your data.
• We delete the data within 7 days and email you a confirmation number when it is done.

Option 2: Revoke access

Remove Qiaowu Overseas from your account's app settings on Google, Facebook or Instagram, or in the TikTok app's settings for apps you have authorized. Once access is revoked we can no longer use your account, and we delete the token and the data we obtained from that platform within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Access tokens and the account information we received from the platform.
• Images, videos and drafts uploaded to our service.
• Publishing records, comments, statistics and messages stored on our service.

Posts that are already published stay on the platform. Delete them on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok if you no longer want them there.

We keep only records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, for as long as required, and use them for nothing else.

Data on your computer

Uninstalling Qiaowu Overseas keeps its data folder (C:\ProgramData\LingLong\l-channel\data) so that a reinstall keeps working. To remove the local copies too, delete that folder after uninstalling.
