Privacy Policy

Who we are

Qiaowu Overseas is a Windows desktop application with a cloud service, operated by KEENPLUS TRADE LIMITED ("Qiaowu", "we", "us"). Merchants use it to plan, approve and publish their own posts to the YouTube channels, Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and TikTok accounts they connect, and to answer comments and messages from their own customers.

Information we collect

• Account information from the platforms you connect: the account, channel or Page ID, display name, username and profile picture, and the publishing options the platform offers for that account (for example, the privacy levels TikTok allows for your posts).
• Access tokens that YouTube (Google), Meta and TikTok issue when you authorize Qiaowu Overseas, and the list of permissions you granted.
• Content you prepare for publishing: titles, captions, descriptions, hashtags, images and videos, the scheduled time and the settings you choose, such as visibility, the YouTube "made for kids" setting and TikTok interaction and disclosure settings.
• Publishing results returned by the platforms: post or video IDs, links, processing status and error messages.
• If you use these features: comments on your own posts, basic statistics for your own posts (such as views, likes and comment counts), and messages your customers send to your connected accounts, together with your replies.
• Service logs: the time, account and result of requests to our service, used for security and troubleshooting.
• On this website: the pages you visit, the referring page, your IP address and browser user agent, and a random visitor ID kept in your browser's local storage. We use these only for our own site statistics. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

YouTube API Services

Qiaowu Overseas uses YouTube API Services. With your permission it uploads videos to your YouTube channel, sets their title, description, visibility and "made for kids" status, checks their processing status, and, if you use these features, reads and replies to comments and reads basic statistics for your own videos.

By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

You can revoke Qiaowu Overseas's access to your Google account at any time on the Google security settings page.

Qiaowu Overseas's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

• We use Google user data only to provide the features you see and use in Qiaowu Overseas.
• We transfer it to others only as needed to provide those features, for security, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with your consent.
• Our staff do not read it unless you ask us to, it is needed for security or to comply with law, or it has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
• We never sell it, use it for advertising, give it to data brokers, or use it to train or improve AI models.

How we use information

• To publish the posts you approve, at the times you choose. Nothing is published until you have reviewed and approved it in Qiaowu Overseas.
• To show publishing status, results, comments, statistics and messages in the app.
• To draft captions, translations and suggested replies with AI when you ask for them. Drafts are shown to you to review and edit before anything is posted.
• To keep the service secure, prevent duplicate posts and fix problems.
• To follow the platforms' rules and our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, do not use it for advertising, and do not use data obtained from YouTube, Meta or TikTok to train or improve AI models.

AI features

When you ask Qiaowu Overseas to draft or translate text, the text needed for that task (for example, your product notes or a customer's message) is processed by AI model providers acting on our behalf. They receive it only to produce the result you asked for, and it is not used to train their models.

How information is shared

• With the platform you publish to or reply on (Google/YouTube, Meta, TikTok), to carry out your instructions.
• With service providers that host our servers, deliver email or provide AI models, only as needed to provide the service.
• When required by law, or to protect our users, the public or our rights.
• In a merger or acquisition, under this policy and with notice to you.

We do not share information with data brokers or advertising networks.

Storage and security

Access tokens and the data needed to publish are stored on servers outside mainland China, operated by us or our hosting provider. Tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and decrypted only when we call a platform on your behalf. Data in transit is protected with HTTPS.

Drafts, settings and local records are also stored on your own computer by the Qiaowu Overseas desktop application. Access to our production systems is limited to the staff who need it.

How long we keep information

• Access tokens: until you disconnect the account or revoke access, then deleted within 30 days; within 7 days if you ask us to delete your data.
• Images and videos uploaded for publishing: deleted 7 days after the platform confirms the post, or 30 days after upload if they are never published.
• Data obtained from YouTube API Services, other than statistics, is refreshed or deleted within 30 days. Statistics may be kept longer; we re-check your authorization at least every 30 days and delete them if it has been revoked.
• Statistics about your posts and accounts on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, such as view, like, comment, share and follower counts (they contain no personal information): kept for up to 13 months so you can see trends, then deleted.
• Comments and messages: kept on our servers only as long as needed to deliver them to your computer and keep a record of replies, and no longer than 30 days. Copies on your computer stay under your control.
• Service logs: up to 30 days.
• When you ask us to delete your data, we delete it within 7 days, except records we must keep by law.

Your choices and rights

• Disconnect or revoke access at any time: Google, Facebook, Instagram, or in the TikTok app's settings for apps you have authorized.
• Ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it by emailing wangzhou@qingjiansoft.com. We answer within 30 days. See the Data Deletion Instructions.
• You can uninstall the desktop application at any time; see the Data Deletion Instructions for removing the copies it keeps on your computer.

Children

Qiaowu Overseas is a business tool. It is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age in your country, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Cookies and local storage

This website uses your browser's local storage to remember your language and a random visitor ID for our site statistics. It does not set advertising cookies. The desktop application stores its settings and records in a folder on your computer.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell you in Qiaowu Overseas before a material change applies to you.
