Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of Qiaowu Overseas, the desktop application and cloud service provided by KEENPLUS TRADE LIMITED ("Qiaowu", "we", "us"). By installing or using Qiaowu Overseas you accept these terms. If you use it for a business, you accept them on behalf of that business and confirm that you are authorized to do so.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

The service

Qiaowu Overseas helps merchants plan, draft, approve and publish their own posts to the YouTube channels, Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and TikTok accounts they connect, and answer comments and messages from their own customers. It works together with the Qiaowu client installed on the same computer and is available with Qiaowu packages that include overseas features.

What you can publish, and to whom it is visible, also depends on each platform's approval of our app and its limits. For example, YouTube keeps videos private and TikTok shows posts only to the creator until the platform has approved our app.

Your accounts and authorizations

• Connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
• You can disconnect an account or revoke our access at any time in the platform's settings.
• Keep your computer and your Qiaowu account secure. You are responsible for what is done with them.

Platform terms

When you publish through Qiaowu Overseas you must follow the rules of the platform you publish to. By using Qiaowu Overseas with YouTube you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Facebook and Instagram use is subject to the Meta Terms of Service and the Instagram Terms of Use, and TikTok use to the TikTok Terms of Service.

Your content

• You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to provide the service to you.
• You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to everything you publish, including music, images and trademarks.
• You must make the disclosures the law and the platforms require, such as branded or paid content and whether a video is made for kids.

Approval, scheduling and AI drafts

• Nothing is published until you approve it. An approved post is published at the scheduled time unless you cancel it before then.
• AI-generated drafts can be wrong or incomplete. Review and edit them before you approve, and label AI-generated content where a platform requires it.
• A post is shown as published only after the platform confirms it. Platforms may take time to process, restrict or reject a post.

Acceptable use

You must not use Qiaowu Overseas to:

• send spam or messages to people who have not contacted you;
• automate likes, follows or comments on other people's content;
• publish content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive or harmful;
• get around a platform's limits, reviews or security measures;
• copy, resell, reverse engineer or interfere with the service.

Fees

Overseas features are part of paid Qiaowu packages. Prices and billing terms are shown when you order. Any fees a platform charges you are your responsibility.

Changes and availability

Platforms change their APIs and rules, and we may change or discontinue features. We will tell you in advance of changes that significantly reduce what you have paid for, where we can.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Qiaowu Overseas at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if a platform requires it, or to protect our users or service. When access ends we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

Qiaowu Overseas is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by a platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

We will post updated terms here with a new effective date and tell you in Qiaowu Overseas before a material change applies to you.
